HOTEL/RESTAURANT /HEALTHCARE

Valet
You are not only a Lanier employee, but a representative of the property or event. In addition to providing basic parking services, we train our employees to do that “little extra something” that makes all the difference in a Guest’s visit. Ensure the safe and efficient parking of Guest vehicles, cleanliness of the work site and the delivery of service that exceeds our customer/client’s expectations.

Must be at least 18 with 3 years of acceptable driving history and be able to drive a manual transmission (stick shift)

HEALTHCARE

Ambassadors, Greeters and Cashiers
We provide full service parking in hospitals, medical centers and medical offices. Responsible for greeting visitors, patients and patient transport via wheelchair. You are the first and last impression your patients and visitors have of the facility.

Cashiers accept payment and assist public with general questions, directions and parking information. The Cashier’s duties are to efficiently process parking payment transactions, while ensuring highest level of customer service at assigned location.  Must also maintain accurate control of tickets and cash and follow all assigned operating procedures.

SHUTTLE DRIVER

Lanier provides shuttles for:

• Corporate campuses
• Mixed-use developments
• Sporting events and other special events
• Health care transportation
• Construction-displacement needs
• Off-campus college housing and other college needs
• Church activities
• Weddings

As a shuttle driver you must be at least 18 with 3 years of acceptable driving history, have a CDL license and DOT physical.

PARKING ENFORCEMENT AMBASSADOR

Responsible for providing consistent and thorough enforcement of the parking ordinances set by the city. While performing enforcement duties, also act as public relations “ambassador” to assist the public with general questions, directions, parking information, etc.

• Properly write the citation for violations to the parking regulations of the city/facility
• Maintain appropriate documentation of the violations (photos, etc.)

MAINTENANCE

Responsible for general maintenance and custodial duties of assigned location and surroundings. May also assist with filling in for other employee’s job duties at assigned location.
