    Our Operations Manager, Octavio Hernandez, at Hyatt Regency Houston/Galleria went #BeyondParking during #HurricaneHarvey. Octavio was in one of the harder hit areas of #Houston with massive flooding. His service was to his community and his neighbors. Octavio and his neighbors worked for 3 days, on a boat, traveling house to house, rescuing those trapped in their homes that were unable to help themselves.
