Building upon our excellent operating reputation in public-sector parking management, Lanier Parking Solutions was recently awarded the contract for On-Street and Off-street parking management services for the Lexington & Fayette County Parking Authority (“LFCPA”) to operate the coveted, award-winning, APO-designated LEXPARK program in Lexington, KY. The mission of the LFCPA and the LEXPARK program is to provide, maintain and operate efficient and effective, high-quality, customer-focused public On-Street and Off-Street parking; and encourage economic growth for the benefit of the residents, businesses and visitors of Lexington-Fayette County. The LFCPA addresses the parking concerns of both citizens and business leaders of Lexington in a proactive manner, while striving to meet the parking demand for reasonably-priced parking for residents, commuters and visitors in the Downtown Area and the surrounding neighborhoods. As LEXPARK’s new operator, the Lanier team looks forward to building a transparent and lasting partnership with the LFCPA, its parking customers and the Lexington community!
